minor issues during stay
rushed check-inbath fittings
The check-in process was rushed. I did not receive a welcome drink or a tulsi mala (i saw other guests did). water leaked from the bath fittings, so the washroom floor was wet when i arrived. the salmon risotto i ordered one night had a few pin bones and was slightly overcooked on one side.

the club room offered lounge access and a one way airport transfer. breakfast included a huge variety of cuisine. room service was efficient. but the urn for weary feet was a great touch to unwind after a tough day.
the reception staff seemed more focused on phone calls rather than guests at the desk.
